Chicken Tikka Masala is a beloved Indian curry with grilled marinated chicken pieces simmered in a creamy,richly spiced tomato sauce. It’s a flavorful dish perfect for a family dinner.

Ingredients

● 500g fresh spinach, washed and chopped
● 200g paneer, cubed
● 1 tablespoon Seasons’ Garlic Paste
● 1 onion, finely chopped
● 2 tomatoes, pureed
● 1 teaspoon garam masala
● 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
● Salt to taste
● 2 tablespoons oil
● Cream for drizzling (optional)

Method

1. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds until they splutter, then add onions and cook until translucent.
2. Add Seasons’ Garlic Paste and tomato puree, and cook for 5 minutes.
3. Add spinach and salt, and cook until spinach wilts and mixes thoroughly with the masala.
4. Add paneer and cook for another 5-7 minutes until the paneer is soft and absorbs the flavors.
5. Drizzle with cream if desired, and serve hot with flatbread or rice.
